Here on the cliffs of Moher we are introduced to Dierdre. I'm getting rid of this scene in favor of introducing the main characters background via Father Flannigan. Deirdre dropping the bomb on Liam was supposed to provide a plot device for compelling Liam to want to pull up stakes and leave. I've decided there is enough impetus as it is so there is no need for Deirdres character and it just distracts from the real story.
